Have you noticed how some people seem able to laugh at life’s inconveniences and shake off problems through having a light-hearted approach? While other people seem to get agitated by even the smallest setback. Laughing off life’s inconveniences isn’t always easy, and of course, some setbacks in life are not exactly funny. But meditation does help us to become less ‘heavy’ – perhaps that’s where the notion of ‘levitation’ comes from – of yogis being able to fly! I don’t know whether this is possible or not, but I certainly do know that regular meditation helps lightens up our attitude and makes life a more fun place to be!
